Open Letter to the President

Dear Mr. President,

I'm in the construction business and people gave me a lot of money last year to build houses for them. But hell, I couldn't read the blueprints and most of the dang houses fell down. I think what I need is more employees, maybe even hire me some of them shady characters.

So please Mr. President, send me a billion dollars so I can hire more people and build more houses. I know you'll understand. I'll be waiting by my mailbox.
