After the big bank robbery here in LA one of the suspects was still alive. This was in Feb. of 1997-it was winter (not summer).

The police allowed him to lay on the black top and the fire department said, "they could not get to him."

This bank robber died right in the street after only afew moments. A well known police abuse lawyer filed a claim against LAPD-he lost (kinda).

The jury in the case "hung" and basiclly it was 9 jurers in favor of the Police. The lawyer said, "he could not win the case." He decided to not try again.

This is a real problem here in LA so be careful! It is gonna be real hot...if you think the police will allow the medical people to get to you they won't.
