This was in Feb. of 1997-it was winter (not summer). <br><br> The police allowed him to lay on the black top and the fire department said, \"they could not get to him.\" <br><br> This bank robber died right in the street after only afew moments. A well known police abuse lawyer filed a claim against LAPD-he lost (kinda). <br><br> The jury in the case \"hung\" and basiclly it was 9 jurers in favor of the Police. The lawyer said, \"he could not win the case.\" He decided to not try again. <br><br> This is a real problem here in LA so be careful! It is gonna be real hot...if you think the police will allow the medical people to get to you they won't.<\/p>\n","contact":"","link":"","address":"","phone":"","parent_id":0,"mime_type":"text\/plain","summary":"","numcomment":0,"fileurl":"\/uploads\/","filesize":null,"article_url":"\/news\/2000\/08\/607.php"},"attachments":[],"comments":[]}
