The fbi increases assaults on me as follows:

1)

Extreme Directed Energy Weaponry (extremely low frequency sound waves, or pulse microwave) in order to cause sleep deprivation and other symptoms as set forth at

The assaults led to a diagnosis of diabetes as stated by a VA doctor a few years ago, but I radically changed my diet in efforts to fight off the doctor’s finding. Exercise is not possible due to exhaustion 24/7 and near bed ridden conditions.

2)

The fbi has also resumed mail theft from the US Postal Service, preventing me from communicating with the Texas AG relating to offenses committed by the Brownsville Police, fbi thugs, all such instances are being covered up by the DA. Today, the fbi extends their physical assaults by sending an operative (H/F, 40 yrs, 5’6”, 150lbs, brwn, brwn) to stalk me in the HEB grocery store, Paredes Line Rd, Brownsville, Texas. She waited until my back was turned and then she took my grocery basket and moved it about 15 yards away, so that I needed to search for the basket in a different part of the produce section. {Another gas lighting game was perpetrated last night when the fbi entered my residence and tampered with food.}

4)

As I returned home from the HEB store mentioned above, a female fbi operative (ID not available) driving a late model Ford Mustang parked in front of my residence, and she departed as I parked my car. The purpose for the female operative to park in front of my residence appears to be to provokesome reaction in order to determine whether I say something that might indicate paranoia. The fbi’s federal magistrate judge is always available to issue a more dangerous order if a reaction to the assaults is noted by the fbi operative.

Repeated assaults continue at the Brownsville, Texas Public library by the same little male assassin whom I have previously described and photographed.

Regarding three decades of mail theft, note that the fbi has completely corrupted the USPI who absurdly threaten me for a fictitious crime actually committed by the fbi and who always refuse to accept my reports of theft of my mail.

I am not in a position to complete the report because I am being tortured 24/7/365 and I simply post my material as best I can. The reader knows that all assaults that hurt me physically or emotionally (i.e., stress related) are parts of the Psyops used by the fbi to drive a Target to distraction in order to incarcerate that Target, or to kill him/her.
