I no longer live in the arts district because the sleazy self serving owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant, Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson and the greedy plutocratic developer, Paul Solomon, made it an unlivable nightmare with an illegal commercial use of an actual artist loft directly next to me.

So now, they city has given them all permits to turn today's Arts District an unlivable congested commercial nightmare for all of the long time Arts District Artists that were living and working in what was, a creative environment, at least until the last few years. But, to the developers delight, a new generation of yuppies think it's just so cool to be there!

But as I asked many times... When there are no more actual artist in the so called LA Arts District, will they still call it, "The LA Arts District"?

I had been there since the earlie 80's when they created the AIR laws. This is no longer the arts district I knew and loved! It's now nothing more then a noisy, congested, commercial nightmare for the plutocratic yuppies who have ruined the once creative environment for all the actual artists! Continuing to call it the "Arts District" is now just a catch phrase for the developers to help them sell condos!!!!

Wurstkuche and it's sleazy Republican Owners SUCK! The Anti-Artist of the LA Arts District. They are a big part of the neighborhoods artistic demise and the exiting of the actual artists that helped found this area.
