Prince Charles in a tv documentary called The Royal Paintbox was very generous in sharing the history of his painting and of others in his family. He included
ddrawings by King George III and needlework by Mary Queen of Scots who sewed in her 20 years imprisoned in the tower. He radiated a beautiful humility. This is his painting
of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
The first 5 paintings are by Prince Charles, followed
by a drawing by King George III, sculpture by Princess Louise, daughter of Queen Victoria,
and 2 needlework pieces of art from the Oxburgh Hangings collection which were done by Mary Queen of Scots
while imprisoned in the tower.
