Earlier the Tustin Police attempted to pressure Tony Rackauckas into arresting Mahathep Srikureja for raping and sodomizing little Lexi Dillon. Srikureja fled the country and can't get back in. His only homeland is in Thailand. Rackauckas never did anything to assist with the apprehension of Srikureja and was accused of having a relationship with the alleged child abuser.
Lexi Dillon disappeared after Orange County Judge Glenn Salter lifted the travel ban and authorized Srikureja's handlers to take Lexi out of the country. Salter did so after saying the removal of the travel ban would be tantamount to trafficking the little girl into the Thailand sex trade. Nobody knows where Lexi is at this time with the exception of Srikureja and his handlers. She is not in her former Orange County home or even in Napa where minors counsel John Cate recently tried to pretend she was being housed.
The Office of Tony Rackaucks has declined calls asking about a request from the Orange County Sheriff's Department that he prosecute John Cate. Rackauckas has also declined to answer questions about reports that witnesses have submitted statements of accounts of John Cate allegedly taking bribes from Srikureja to sex traffic Lexi.
Witnesses to the abuse, such as court-appointed therapist Thea Reinhart. have found that their evidence has been hidden and wonder why. Father's rights advocate Dean Tong came to the defense of protective mother Ruby Dillon in verifying the father's abuse of the girl but was threatened for coming forward with verification of the abuse.
Previous minors counsel, arms dealer Harold LaFlamme, is tied to reported foreign sex abuser Srikureja's counsel through a planned marriage.
Two law enforcement departments in Orange County have now asked Rackauckas to prosecute men tied to the abuse: John Cate and Mahatep Srikureja.
