Long time Arts District Artist David Goldner was the artist next door when Wurstkuche restaurant "invaded" the LA Arts District in 2009 and it's owners Joseph Pitruzzelli & Tyler Wilson disruptively began to illegally use an AIR, a legal Artist in Residence loft, as an illegal 24 hour commercial nightmare of a warehouse for their new restaurant next door, Wurstkuche. As their neighbor, David was apparently subjected to constant torturous 24 hour noise, smoke and non stop 24 hour traffic by Wurstkuche suppliers, employees and the owners themselves who dragged banging beer kegs in and out all day and all night long in what was a creative live / work space for decades in the heart of the Los Angeles Arts District.

What the self serving corporate douche bag republicans the owners of Wurstkuche are. Wilson, Pitruzzelli Investments, AKA Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson have put me through hell since they arrived. This sign "Wurstkuche Sucks, No respect for their artist neighbors" was in my studio window directly next to Wurstkuche in the LA Arts District for the last 6 months I was there and the saying still rings true today. It makes a perfect statement and actually comes from everyone that walked in my studio's door at 808 1/2 E. 3rd St. who heard the story and saw the pictures of what I was going through after the 24 hour nightmare, Wurstkuche Restaurant, moved in and started illegally using the residential AIR loft directly next to me as a noisy 24 hour commercial warehouse for Wurstkuche restaurant next door. Everyone said: "Wow! That sucks!" And you know what? They were right. IT DID SUCK!

808 1/2 E. 3rd St. was one of the most productive studio's I ever had until the republican owners of Wurstkuche arrived and killed any creative or any livable atmosphere there was there. They literally just destroyed it and what's worst, they were very conscious of what they were doing because I was the first to let them know on a daily basis! But they just didn't care and don't care to date what they have put me through. They have the same mentality that all the republicans do in this country! They are sleazy self serving liars and consciousless assholes and they have been a nightmare in my life since they arrived! And I blogged about what they were doing as it was going on. That's what they tried to sue me for! To hide the history of how they arrived in the arts district and literally harassed the artist around them away! They actually tried to play the victim! What sleazy pathetic republican hypocrites they are after what they put me through for two years.

Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson were an inconsiderate arrogant non stop noisy nightmare. They didn't stop after I sued them, they didn't stop after the city cited them and cited my sleazy landlord Paul Solomon for that on-going illegal use! Just going through the law suits I had to file, images and sound files I collected is pissing me off again thinking about what these assholes have put me through already! Then they try to sue me for defamation almost a year after I left the arts district. This was a bullshit law suit to try and scare me into taking my blogs down. But instead, knowing the truth was on my side, I created WurstkucheSucks.com, WurstkucheBlogs.com and LAArtsDistrictBlogs.com after they filed their frivolous law suit in order to post my the collection evidence, including my blogs, of what they put me in the middle of after they invaded the Los Angeles Arts District with their Wurstkuche 24 hour nightmare."

I left the arts district after fighting my landlord, Paul Solomon over the illegal hell he was allowing the Wurstkuche owners to put me through. I got a lawyer and stopped paying rent after 18 months of fighting over the illegal use by Wurstkuche that Paul Solomon and Wurstkuche was inflicting on me on a daily and nightly bases. I moved out of the LA Arts District in February, 2011 as a direct result of Wurstkuche moving in and their illegally using the AIR unit directly next to me, a long time residential artist's loft, as an non stop noisy 24 hour commercial warehouse for there restaurant next door. They disrupted my life, made my creative live work space in the heart of the LA Arts District an un-creative and un-livable nightmare. They put me in a battle with my self serving sleazy jackass of a landlord, Paul Solomon, who pulled a blatant bate and switch on me by allowing this to happen and was also cited by the city of Los Angeles for that illegal use of an AIR loft. And they all tried to villainize me with blatantly twisted mendacity's for standing up for my personal rights as they consciously and continuously tortured me as their neighbor. Joseph Pitruzzelli, Tyler Wilson and Paul Solomon violated my rights on a 7 day a week, 24 hour basis with the illegal use of that AIR unit, a residential unit in what was an artist's loft directly next to me at 808 E. 3rd St. for decades before Wurstkuche arrived." "NO RESPECT FOR THEIR ARTIST NEIGHBORS!

And then for Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson to try and pretend that somehow they are the victim here because they don't like my blogs about what they put me through? Really? They harass me out of my arts district studio as they are making millions and they are the victims of the artist next door saying bad things about them? Really? What sick, twisted, hypocritical, pathetic republican douche bags Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson are! They are the wiener boys! My personal anti-artist republican demons who have invaded the LA Arts District and my life with nothing but noise, smoke, congestion and blatant harassment even after I left.

Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson didn't want to let my 2 year old blogs about what I went through with them go, and once again almost a year after moving out of the arts district, the pathetic sleazy self serving assholes invaded my life again with a blatant frivolous harassment law suit as they actually had the nerve to try and sue me for nothing more then "harsh language" in my own personal blogs. After what you these little yuppie bitches put me through? They're the victim? What a fucking joke! And you know what? The court thought so too and crushed you in a 7 page ruling against you and I encourage everyone to read it!

What the wiener boys called defamation, I called documentation of my horrendous experiences with them as neighbors after they moved in! Violating my personal rights to live in peace for 2 years on a daily basis! And as far as I'm concerned they blatantly tried to violate my first

amendment rights as well with this law suit! What frivolous bullshit this law suit was after what these fucking pathetic assholes physically and mentally put me through! What do you think you little yuppie bitches... Something that you pathetic sleazy little corporate republican scum bags still do not have a proper permit to be doing! It's STILL AN ILLEGAL USE YOU SLEAZY ASSHOLES! But there are no more artists around them to complain anymore so they have done nothing to comply with that order! They wanted to try to bury that fact and deny what they did to me with there law suit. They thought it would scare me into taking my blogs down. SORRY WIENER BOYS! YOU LOSE! So fuck you!
