Christie Czajkowski, 34, was the spokeswoman for the organization until Super Bowl Sunday. She was also the organization's chief videographer, recording illegal immigration issues and activities across the country.

Police seized her disks, cameras and computers.


The seizure is in connection with an investigation into recent vandalism at a migrant encampment in Rancho Penasquitos, investigators said.

A dramatic, physical confrontation took place Sunday between Czajkowski and Minutemen founder Jeff Schwilk. The confrontation was caught on tape and later posted on the Internet, NBC 7/39 reported.


The tussle took place on Super Bowl Sunday at Schwilk's Oceanside home.

As Czajkowski's camera rolled, the two erupted in a verbal exchange. On the tape, Schwilk is seen striking the camera. The two then continue to fight, and the tape ends with profanities being spoken.

NBC 7/39 reported that after the camera stopped rolling, Czajkowski ended up on Schwilk's driveway and left after police officers arrived.

The next day, Schwilk filed a domestic violence complaint in support of a temporary restraining order. His court papers filed state the two had been dating.

The documents also claim that Czajkowski threatened to kill herself in Schwilk's driveway. NBC 7/39 reported that she had her two children with her, who could be heard crying in the video.

The video has been posted on the Internet.

E-mails obtained by NBC 7/39 indicate the fallout was over who owns the rights to videos that Czajkowski shoots at protests and later posts on the organization's Web sites.

Czajkowski told NBC 7/39 she hadn't seen the restraining order and had not considered filing a domestic violence complaint because it was just "a lover's quarrel."

Schwilk declined a request for an on-camera interview but said he agrees with an assessment by Czajkowski that the search-warrant raid was a fishing expedition that might lead police to erasing video evidence of authorities violating the Minutemen's civil rights.

Christy Alligns Herself to Christian Identity Racists

Before you think that Christy is just a "poor unfortunate soul" lost in the shuffle of group politics, let me tell you of the most recent events with the Minutemen's favoriate biographer.

When Christy was "banished" from the Minutemen for being too " "aggressive" and having a "fatal attraction" with one of the Minutemen, being the "lost soul" she is now alliened herself to the Christian Identity Movement.

For all of those who do not know what this movement is, let me give you some examples, "The Order" "Aryan Nations" "Radio Host killed in Denver" "Ruby Ridge".

These groups use the Bible to cloak their racists motives to advance their goals. Christy now has alligned herself with a man named "Russ Dove" a known felon and Christian Identity member who on his web site (http://www.tianews.com/tianews/) has setup a defense fund for Christy.

This man includes associates like Joe Sweeney, long time admitted racists and Christian Identity follower (Aryan Nations) and has connections to the the former Aryan Nations and Arizona Hammer Skin movements (skin heads).

Russ Dove is even listed on the SPLC intelligence website (http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?pid=1258) as someone of interest.

It's really a shame that Christy is a "lonely person" who will latch on to anyone who shows her some attention and lime light. I really hope that her alliances do not cause her or her children any harm but she is traveling down " a slippery slope" to gain attention.

Russ Dove is "bad news" period. He is a criminal, a liar, militia member and worst of all, a racist hiding behind a good cause to promote his "racist agenda". Is this the type of person (Cristy & Russ) we want involved in what we do? I hope like you the answer is "no".
