That is why after ten years this stupid theory that Mexicans are invading America to reclaim it for Mexico is starting to get play in the mainstream. Called La Reconquista, you will not see this plan talked about in pro-immigrant/pro-Mexican circles. The only place you will find anyone talking about it is among the white supremacists in this country, the ones who devised this conspiracy theory. Therefore, if you see anyone promoting the notion, that person's credibility should drop like a stone to zero. That's why you never heard any of the mainstream anti-immigrant voices even mention this - until now, when desperate times call for desperate measures.
