Postal Shooting: S.B County Could Have Stopped Extreme Violence

by Christopher A. Brown Tuesday, Feb. 07, 2006 at 5:43 PM
argus1@earthlink.net

An experimental treatment direct to the unconscious mind that can end tendencies for extreme violence or other destructive behaviors was proposed as experimental in 1999. S.B. County Mental Health Approved and provided a letter to show they were taking the request to administer experimental treatments to the State Mental Heath Department and that the State response would be provided in writing.

NOTE: This article was published at the Santa Barbara indymedia and was featured on the newswire on 1/31/06. On 2/04/06 the newswire page became inaccessable. http://www.sbindymedia.org/newswire/index.php

This treatment can have profound curative effects on behaviors, including:

dangerous or antisocial behaviors, drug addiction, alcoholism, domestic violence, phobias, trauma from: rape, sex abuse.

Here is a scan of that S.B. County Mental Health letter.

Let me note; the letter from Merna McMillan is one of the most responsible acts to ever come from Santa Barbara County in relation to my efforts to gain the best mental health care for the people.

The response never came. A Freedom of Information Act Request was submitted, the County Failed to respond.

In 1998 the County failed to appear in a civil tort action on a subpoena duces tecum alleging absent insanity actions of the old District Court proven by arrest and booking records that would have shown an event of extreme behaviors occurred in SB long ago.

The County Mental Health Department couldn’t walk 1,000 feet to inspect the same records subpoenaed.

In 1999 a letter was sent to the Postmaster General regarding all of this. It was returned unopened 10 months later with a stamp on it saying it had been X-rayed.

The State is a prison corporation and would prefer that people are murdered, destroyed by drugs and alcohol, remain socio/psychopathic, women raped, children molested, and never be bothered with knowledge that could stop it or treat the suffering of the afflicted. The constant violation of our civil rights is empowered by behaviors that can be stopped, and it is a right to have competent mental health care.

The legal system in Santa Barbara seriously needs the attention of every thinking and feeling person interested in peace, freedom, liberty and social justice.
