This Saturday, December 17, join A.N.S.W.E.R., Vietnam veteran Ron Kovic and many other progressive people and organizations on the corner of Hollywood and Highland in Los Angeles for a Protest Vigil to "Stop the War & Bring the Troops Home in Time for the Holidays!" There will be anti-war banners and signs, photos of Iraqi children, candles, live music, street theatre, community activists and well-known speakers and more. Let's unite and keep the anti-war movement going strong!

Or you can come to the A.N.S.W.E.R. table at the Protest Vigil. We'll be on the NW corner of Hollywood & Highland. You can help pass out leaflets, get names, hold banners and signs and much more.

(2) BRING YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND EVERYONE YOU KNOW: What better way to usher in the holiday season than with an anti-war Protest Vigil to unite around a progressive, pro-people cause. Tell everyone you know to come out on December 17!

(3) STREET THEATRE AND PROTEST CAROLERS: Norma Bowles of the educational theatre company Fringe Benefits will be at the NW corner of Hollywood and Highland to lead an evening of protest caroling in support of the demonstration. Join the carolers anytime between 5:30 and 8:00 pm. If you want to carol, please wear holiday attire! No experience or musical talent required.

(4) HOLIDAY CLOTHING AND FOOD DRIVE: Food Not Bombs and Axis of Justice-LA will be collecting clothing and on-perishable food items for the homeless at the Protest Vigil on Saturday night. Please bring a donation to help the homeless during the holidays. Your generosity is appreciated.
