This weekend, President Bush is holding a barbecue for 350 of his closest friends. These corporate executives and lobbyists have pledged to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Bush's 2004 re-election campaign. But while the fat cats chow down on barbecue and whisper in the president's ear, average Americans are getting their goose cooked.
