The interim Pacifica National Board has just released a final draft of new organizational bylaws, proposing to change the 50 year old non-profit into a membership organization.
A historic vote will take place among the five local advisory boards and the national board at a meeting in Los Angeles next weekend, Mar 7-8, at the Holiday Inn Central City.
