Will two sources of water be cheeper?
Orville Santa says that having two sources of water will be safer and cheeper. Can someone tell me the facts on the water in Thunder Bay?

I received this email from Orville Santa after the December 11 ward meeting.
He found people that want to support and pay for a publication in thunder bay.
This is what I received from Orville.
"There is an effort out there to start a reform paper. A paper that would get out the other side of the story. A paper with no advertising. A paper supported by donations of concerned citizens. A paper that would support and recognize the efforts of reform Councillors. A paper that could to some extent expose the media’s bias. If you are interested, we are now soliciting support and pledges. We don’t want money right now. We are looking for people to pledge their support either on a one time basis, or monthly. The cost of an eight page black and white tabloid is approximately $5,000.00 including printing and 30,000 distribution. Some of the proposed features: 1. The letters they wouldn’t print 2. What the media left out 3. Actual Councillor profiles and accomplishments 4. comparisons of this Council to previous Councils In essence, it’s a chance to get out a new message, the other side. If you are interested in this project, please email santacom@ tbaytel.net indicating your support (dollar amount). All transactions are confidential. I truly believe there are enough people out there to drive this newspaper. With the election coming on, I know the media is busy setting every reform Councillor up. I await your response. Please email this letter to other concerned citizens who may want to jump on the band wagon. Orville Santa"
