It was become fulfilled in the year of 88 in the Libertarian Centre of studies, a lecture pronounced for the author of these lines and subordinate to the subject "the Dialectic of Proudhon as Method and as Real Movement of the Society". It is important to interrogate: That felt can have today and here in Portugal the study and the debate of the life and basically of the workmanship of an author as Pierre-Joseph Proudhon? It is necessary to have present that the workmanship of Proudhon, touches a multitude of problems that is urgent to have in account: In first Place, the economic regimen, (as for example in the workmanships that is the 1840 Organization and Property of the Credit of 1848) the social organization, (workmanships as Solution of the Social Problem of 1848 and the Capacity Politics of the Diligent Classrooms of 1865) the problem of the State, (of a Revolutionary of 1849 of the revolution in 1859 Federative Principle and the General Idea, the Confessions Century XIX of 1863), the Philosophy, (System of the Contradictions Economics or Philosophic of the 1846 misery) the question of justice (Of Justice in the Revolution and the Church of 1858) and still the International Problems and the question National (the War and the Peace, 1861, the Federacy and the Unit in Italy, 1862, the Treated ones to 1815, 1863).

The Alain philosopher enunciated in 1912: What admirable ambiguities in the notion of Justice. This comes mainly without a doubt of that the same word if uses to assign to distributive Justice and reciprocal Justice. However these two functions resemble so little that the first one locks up the inequality and the second an equality.... In the first one it has with effect an authority that. It gives to each one the part that belongs.... (Dictionary Robert to it). Reciprocal Justice or commutative. In contrast is that one that consisted in the equality of the things changed in the equivalence of the obligations and the incumbencies.... (Dictionary Robert). For Proudhon the root of Justice is not exterior to the individual. The man is not a passive citizen, a stowage of Justice, one submission before it, for the opposite is its producer. The inequality must it the fact of some be producing of Justice, the hired killers, and the others are not more than justice. But it goes more far since to the individual privacy, to spontaneity. Of Justice, it gives bedding that extravagant of the simple terms of one exchanges egalitarian, equivalent but that it supports in the proper man, the citizen, the creator of Justice.

Been born in Paris, in 1962, Francisco Trindade studied in the College of Letters of the Classic University of Lisbon, where if he permitted in Philosophy in 1985. He is professor of Philosophy of secondary education since 1986. He is partner of the Societé Proudhon of Paris and author of unknown workmanship on the thought philosophical politician and of Proudhon. Already he published six books, seventy articles along with having taken the cable a set of ten of conferences. Its hard personal inquiry already since 1984. It has exception of some works of features more academical, the great part of these studies allusion turns direct or in the orbit of the systematic inquiry or the explicit influence of an only name: Pierre-Joseph Proudhon.
The direct contact with the workmanship of the French socialist thinker, happened for the first time in 1975 and already in this height it together exerted with other names of the anarchic universe a powerful attraction. The beginning of the systematic study of Proudhon and its complex, encyclopedic and multifaceted workmanship, was given in the final tip of the degree in Philosophy, in 1984. All the works taken the cable on Proudhon had been carried through to leave of this date and belong to the workmanship Investigations of Proudhon (I.P) in its smashing still unknown majority. One of the objectives of this site is to decide this problem. If some time had the chance of the publishing publication of these inquiries, certainly that some of "the no-proudhon" works would not be published and would be relegated for the deep dusty of some drawer. As this still did not happen, a part of the works is presented, since the first ones, until the last ones already with date of 2000.
