Dr. Robert Strecker is on record saying that science's new supergerm HIV, had been worked on being created for 30 to 40 years, and because it was engineered at Ft. Detrick, MD (originally called U.S. Army Biological Laboratories it is now labeled U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases), obviously his claim holds that it was specifically designed as a weapon of mass destruction. The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological Warfare Research was renamed the Fredrick Cancer

Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the

National Cancer Institute (NCI). It is here that a special virus cancer program wass initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolated a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named
