Please use the "broadcast quality" file if you are going to rebroadcast, the difference in sound quality is significant. If you're just going to listen and have a dial-up modem, the "streaming audio" and "quick download" versions work good enough. From Spain- the Sudanese President asks the men to take on multiple wives and quickly double the population; in Zimbabwe white farmers continue to be attacked and their farms ransacked in the President's plan to return agriculture to the Africans.

From Germany- the IRA withdraws its offer to disarm while 3 alleged members are arrested in Columbia, accused of helping rebels with weapons; a story from Man and Environment about a solar-powered air-conditioning system being developed in Germany.
