flyer.png, image/png, 1152x1504 On March 9th, for the first time, a coalition of American citizens of Greek, Assyrian, Armenian, and Syrian ancestry will descend on the Turkish Consulate of Los Angeles, California to protest Turkey?s support of foreign Jihadist rebels inside Syria.

The historical March 9th protest is part of a larger campaign initiated by a Lebanese Greek Orthodox political party in two months ago. The Levant Party, as it?s called, originally protested the Turkish Embassy in Beirut on December 15th, 2013. The protest was the first step in a campaign to raise awareness of Turkey?s role in the systematic extermination of Syria?s ethno religious minorities.

WHEN : Sunday, March 9th, 2014 from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM

WHERE: Turkish Consulate, 6300 Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA

Foreign Jihadists, with the financial and logistic support of the Republic of Turkey have initiated a policy of extermination against Syria?s ethno religious minorities. Forced Conversations to Islam, wholesale massacres of unarmed civilians, and kidnappings have become common place for Syria?s indigenous Christian minority. Divided between ethnic Armenians, Assyrians, and Roum (Greeks), the plight of Syria?s Christians has gone by unnoticed by the International Media.
