DESCRIPTION:
download PDF (188.5 kibibytes) "I Wish i Knew How It Would Feel to Be Free" - Music, dancing, art, silent auction, food & drinks – volunteers needed! Benefit for "BA Everywhere - Imagine the Difference It Could Make."

The past year has seen important beginnings in the campaign to get BA (Bob Avakian) Everywhere: BAsics Bus Tours traveled through California and the South, and into the neighborhoods of the oppressed in New York City. "Penny drives," cultural events, bake sales. Money has been raised to send hundreds of copies of BAsics, from the talks and writings of Bob Avakian to prisoners. A national movement is beginning to emerge through the collective activity and web presence around BA Everywhere, breaking open new levels of debate and discourse around the possibilities for a whole other way the world can be.

Everything that's happened in the U.S. and around the globe in the past year—reveals more sharply the living hell that people are trapped in, and the reality that the world cries out for revolution. BA has developed a liberating vision of a radically new, and much better, society and world, and a viable strategy for getting there—this is something to deeply appreciate…and to spread far and wide in 2013! Come celebrate, meet great people, raise funds, have a lot of fun, forge community.

Volunteers needed, including to join a chorus to sing Nina Simone's song!
