Classical Revolution founder, Charith Premawardhana, drops in from San Francisco to jam with some of LA's best up-and-coming musicians and special guests!

Classical Revolution was founded on November 12th, 2006 at the Revolution Cafe in the Mission District of San Francisco. The Classical Revolution model has spread around the world, with nearly 30 active chapters in cities around the US, Canada and Europe. Newly formed chapter Classical Revolution Los Angeles brings fun and engaging chamber music shows to relaxed, accessible venues throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

?The group is re-establishing chamber music as an intimate art form to be enjoyed during late-night soir?es?something like rock's unplugged playbook, only with music that was a hit a few centuries back.?

?SF Weekly

?They're out to expand the ways chamber music can be enjoyed?they love the lively setting, even if they risk getting a little beer spilled on them?. The crowd of music buffs and folks simply content to drink and smoke at sidewalk tables seems to love them, too, offering generous applause and hollers of appreciation.?
