We are excited and honored to have two amazing keynote speakers this year: Jim Hightower and Christine Chavez! Hightower works to spread the message of progressive populism all across the American grassroots. He frequently appears on TV and radio, bringing a hard-hitting populist viewpoint that rarely gets into the mass media. Chavez has a made a lifetime commitment to public service, civil rights and the labor movement. Christine's work is based on the values passed down to her from her grandfather, Cesar Ch?vez.

So bring some new friends along to grow our progressive community even more! During the morning check in, there will be an opportunity to browse various booths and learn more about the different organizations in Orange County working hard to improve our community.

After our morning plenary session with the inspiring Christine Chavez, we will break out into several educational workshops. Lunch will then be served and there will be another opportunity to network with the exhibitors and other attendees. After the second workshop session, we will close with a motivational Jim Hightower. Immediately following closing plenary session, we will host the Progressive Happy Hour, providing a fun and informal atmosphere to continue the discussion!
