Antioch University offers an interdisciplinary Master of Arts in Education, Leadership and Change degree that features a curriculum of cutting-edge critical pedagogy, social theory, and democratic educational practices for the common good of our urban communities. The education programs at AULA provide students with the tools and ideas that match a social justice perspective, along with an uncommon support system both through faculty effort and student cohort practices.

The Master of Arts in Education, Leadership and Change program is designed to help you create the changes you want to see in the world. Our faculty are change agents themselves who practice what they teach. Our classes are small, discussion based and student work is evaluated narratively and without grades. Classes are offered one or two nights per week and occasionally on Saturdays. The program is designed with working adults in mind and is half time in nature, to be completed over 6 quarters of study.

Antioch University is a not-for-profit institution dedicated to producing the upstanding citizens that will make the difference in the 21st century.
