WHY: We cannot allow history to repeat itself, such as a recurrence of the 2003 case of Leslie Sue and Larry Smoot. The establishment continues to fail our children by not complying with their fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of our children.

The Affiliated Peoples Alliance (A.P.A), along with the communities of the greater Los Angeles County Area, demands a federal investigation into the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. The primary target of the investigation is the notorious Minors Counsel Teresa A. Armstrong and her associates, some of whom are associated with the DCFS, Change of Faces, and Valley Child Guidance Clinic, all in Lancaster. Over the years, Ms. Armstrong has proven to be apathetic, grossly negligent, venal, conspiratorial, perjurious, obstructive of justice, and not vested in the best interest of children.

WHY: We cannot allow history to repeat itself, such as a recurrence of the 2003 case of Leslie Sue and Larry Smoot. The establishment continues to fail our children by not complying with their fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of children, instead allowing children to remain in abusive and negligent home environments where many preventable deaths continue to occur.

Children living in foster mills are being abused and neglected. 70% of California prisoners were victims of the foster care system, which is especially brutal to people of color?BLACK and BROWN.
