Bybee authorized memos allowing the use of torture, but many don't realize he also authorized memos for illegal war, which made aggressive war "legal". In May 2010, Bybee admitted to authorizing the torture memos and also admitted that the CIA tortured prior to his memo. He placed blame on John Yoo, and others for all that went wrong.
Bybee very much wanted to become a Federal Judge, and it seems he would do almost anything to arrive at this goal. Let's remind him that the seat of judge is to serve Justice, and in doing so, Bybee should step down!!

Free Speech in the courtroom is allowed UNLESS IT INTERRUPTS THE PRECEDINGS, so please don't blow our priveleges. Let the ending gavel drop BEFORE you voice your conscience.
Bybee is VERY aware of his notoriety due to some of our super activists. Keep it up! Resign, Turn yourself In! It's only a 25 year term for torture, Mr. Bybee!
