Demonstrate in Phoenix on Sat, Jan 16th Join with International Action Center and Bail Out the People Movement on a road trip from Los Angeles to this important regional demonstration in Phoenix. Sheriff Arpaio runs a fascist-style prison camp and chain gang in the Arizona desert and - through Homeland Security\'s 287(g) program - uses the Maricopa County Sheriffs to conduct anti-immigrant sweeps, profiling and arresting hundreds at a time, leading to deportations and the separation of families.

* If you are a student, on a fixed income or unemployed please give whatever you can afford - no one will be turned down for lack of funds.
* We encourage those who can afford it to donate extra to contribute to subsidy of students, unemployed or people on fixed incomes. If you are in a position to bring extra food to share on the trip - please do, so that lack of funds doesn't discourage anyone else from going.
