Light Refreshments

Escaping the disastrous consequences of the initial U.S. response to 9/11, with its reliance on unilateralism and military force, will require the successful implementation of new U.S. policies on Iraq, Iran, Israel-Palestine, and Afghanistan. On the record to date, the Obama administration and Congress look like they are both part of the solution and part of the problem for an essential reset of post- 9/11 U.S. policies. Rep. Howard Berman and other members of Congress will play an important role in pushing the administration in either a constructive or destructive direction. Come for a discussion about encouraging your members of Congress (Berman and others) to reset the U.S. response to 9/11 and establish peace in the greater Middle East.
