Multimedia Installation on our Throw Away Culture

Opening Reception: August 28th 2009 6-10pm

Exhibition Dates: August 28th 2009 ? September 4th 2009

You are invited to experience interactive art that deals with current issues. Be prepared to engage, converse, and learn about the importance of your contribution towards a healthy environment.

Stimulate your mind towards thinking sustainably, through video projections, large photographic prints, participation art, performance art, interactive media, and a barrage of facts and quotes.

Beatriz Barragan Horn and Janine Stengel?s filmography of 6 documentary films, including two at feature length, share reoccurring themes that include: climate change, consumerism, waste and the power of the individual.

Disposable Routines, will showcase the essence of their documentary efforts with the goal to awake the audience?s desire to intervene in the fate of our common future.

EXHIBITION AND GALLERY EVENTS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, RSVP
