"TRIPTYCH"

FIRST ANNUAL ART EXHIBIT AND OFFERING WITH PAINTINGS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND CERAMICS BY CLARK BRANSON, SITA MAE EDWARDS AND WALTER ALI.



“TRIPTYCH”, which is planned as an annual event, takes place in the Marjorie Branson Performance Space at Boston Court Performing Arts Center on Friday, December 12th, 2008 from 7:00 p.m. to 11 p.m., and the two days following from 9 am-8pm Saturday the 13th and 9 am-5pm Sunday the 14th. “TRIPTYCH” offers works by these three initial artists:

Clark Branson, abstract acrylic painter (themed collage and mixed media in this exhibit). Mr. Branson has had a lifelong passion for color and composition which has lead him to work based in earth, sky, sea and earth-from-above contours. Mr. Branson has shown his work at the Brentwood Arts Center in 2007. Mr. Branson is the Founding Director of Boston Court Performing Arts Center.

Sita Mae Edwards, photographer (themed nudes in this exhibit). Ms. Edwards, having explored photography for several years in various forms, recently refocused her intention as an artist to Portrait and Fine Art photography. Ms. Edwards has had three exhibits this year in Southern California.

Walter Ali, Ceramist (themed primitives in this exhibit). Mr. Ali has over 35 years as a teacher and artist. His work is represented in collections across the United States as well as Europe and Asia.

All pieces shown will be for sale.

Friday night’s gala opening reception and celebration is open to the public. The exhibit and offering is open Friday, December 12th, 7-11 pm, Saturday, December 13th, 9am-8pm, and Sunday, December 14th, 9am-5pm.
