We are 32 ordinary people with demanding activism, careers and families to support 2 charities and raise 1 million dollars for them in 3 weeks! One charity works to stop violence against children, the other empowers children to go out and create peace in their families and in their communities. I need your help to insure we meet our goal by October 7th, 2007. Our vision is simple: put an end to violence, heal the wounds of the past and create miraculous new possibilities. Our success will be a testament to the power of the human spirit! The Charities: ---Tiny Stars ( tinystars.org) protects the powerless by working to shut down child slave trafficking-an international industry with roots in LA. --- The Torch Foundation(thetorchfoundation.org ) gives at-risk Los Angeles teens a fresh start in life through intensive workshops and mentoring on responsibility, leadership, listening, forgiveness, confidence, conflict resolution, creating community and much much more. I am working with them to support the program and bring it to the East Coast so that my youth media training with kids-at-risk gets more efficient. With your help, we can make a difference to protect children around the world. I\\'d love to discuss this with you as soon as possible.
