Four out of the Five FCC Commissioners will be there to hear pros and cons to the FCC's getting rid of the last restrictions that exist to media ownership. Colin Powell's son, Michael Powell, the chair of the FCC will not be there...the last thing he wants is more public awareness of the FCC and the rules that it makes, the rules that determine who gets to own the media and who gets to control the content.
There will be a highly mediated question and answer period after each panel.
No open mic. Still, your presence (and response) lets them know you're paying attention!
