jferrari350.jpg, image/jpeg, 300x451 The J. Ferrari Gallery announces its Grand Opening with their inaugural group exhibition that will occur from June 10, through June 30. The exhibition will feature work from a number of new and established talented artists from the Los Angeles region. A special preview will be held on Friday, June 9 with an opening reception taking place on Saturday June 10 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. There will also be a closing reception for the exhibition on June 30 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

This group exhibition will feature new work from painters David Haig Alexander, Eduardo Bonilla, and emerging artist Gus Hernandez. The gallery is also proud to exhibit sculptures by Lee Jordan, the work of veteran Puerto Rican artist Juliana Martinez, and the expressionistic glass panels of Jason Schaper. Photographs from established Los Angeles based photographer Angela Maria Ortiz S. will also be on display.

Light refreshments and wine will be served for both opening and closing receptions. Music provided at the opening reception by local musician Chapa. Chapa is a performance Artist/Musician based in Los Angeles. Utilizing various styles and instruments, Chapa has been described as a sincere artist that has something for the young and old. The J. Ferrari Gallery, established in June 2006, seeks to bring varied forms of art to the Los Angeles community and to promote both existing and new artists. The Gallery is located at 3015 Glendale Blvd., Atwater Village, CA 90039. Regular gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and Saturday through Sunday from 11:00am to 6:00pm.
