Mario Ramirez of the Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors will discuss how the military uses deception to lure low-income and minority young people into the lowest ranks of the military. He will also bring the latest issue of AWOL magazine, a hip hop rag that promotes peace and justice. All students, teachers, parents, clergy, youth workers and anyone concerned about youth are encourgaged to attend.
