ACCUSATIONS OF VOTE FRAUD CONTINUE
Kucinich supporters in Los Angeles joined with thousands of others across the nation in a grassroots-coordinated banner raising campaign on freeway overpasses. Even as late as this February 19th, when local activists did widespread banner drops around LA, freeway actions were dominated by direct action activists not necessarily affiliated with any political party. Freeway overpasses, signs, and other civic infrastructure have also been popular targets for gr af fit i w rit er s and other arti sts.

Progressive favorite, dark horse, and media pariah, DJ Kucinich, garnered 8 delegates and 30% of the Democratic primary vote in Hawaii, and 50% on Maui, this week. Hawaii got triple the normal voter turnout for the primaries, as reported on The Maui News. He'll be in LA today and tomorrow, including an appearance at the Immigrant Rights rally (right): schedule.

Families to Amend California’s Three Strikes or “FACTS” received the support of Dennis Kucinich. The presidential candidate’s progressive stand against Three Strikes and the prison industry system offered hope to the over 4000 non-violent offenders currently serving life sentences in California under Three Strikes. FACTS, a grassroots movement is made up of families whose loved ones are serving mandatory sentences ranging from 25 years to life for non-violent crimes.
