No week goes by that we don’t hear about cutbacks in health care benfits and of corporate downsizing due to health care costs. Bush's solution - Medical Health Savings Accounts, only offer encouragement

to employers to terminate employer provided health benefits. But, Rep Conyers’ National Health Care Act is picking up support as evidenced by the growing number of unions which are passing resolutions in support. This act ensures that every American,

regardless of income, employment status, or race, has access to the highest quality and affordable health care services possible.
