The Brazilian government regretted the incident and demanded respect for International Law which guarantees the inviolability of diplomats (the same International Law that Brazil respect and Hillary Clinton says the USA does not need to comply). But no Brazilian will mourn the death of the American diplomat. This was a consequence of the disastrous American foreign policy.

If Americans want someone to blame for the death of the diplomat, they should seek Hillary Clinton and American generals at the Pentagon.
