California government continues to monitor individuals chipped with "robotic implants" and refuses to act to remove the chips despite California law. A class action lawsuit is called for.
An undetermined number of residents of the State of California have been implanted non-consensually with a microchip currently in use by California government to violate aspects of privacy, not limited to, the current location of the person. In 2007 a law was passed (California Civil Code 52.7) providing financial relief and punitive damages to those compelled to accept such implants yet government continues to violate the rights, health and safety of these individuals.
A class action lawsuit seems the only solution since government continues to abuse this law.
