This is the same Democratic governor who refuses to increase the taxes on the rich with the progressive income tax, to make all education from preschool through university free, despite the fact that we have 750,000 millionaire households in California.

This is the same Democratic governor that is proposing destruction of the state worker pensions instead of taxing the rich.
