The Brazilian press announced today that Gilmar Mendes (eminent representative of the right in the more importente Tribunal of Brazil - STF) it looks upon with favor José Antonio Dias Toffoli's indication for the vacancy that opened in STF.

Now all can perfectly understand why Toffoli, supposedly of left, it sustained recently that Brazil should not pursue and to punish the torturers of the Dictatorship and that the Law of the Amnesty is valid and effective. This coward sold the soul to buy a chair in STF.

When I had 3 my years house was invaded to kicks several times for the gorillas of the Dictatorship. I was not amnestied because I didn't make anything. I suffered the consequences of a coup d'état without having made anything and I continue being tortured. I am forced to pay the torturers' expirations and of their defenders in AGU (public organ commanded by Toffoli now) and I cannot kick the coward Mr. Toffoli buttocks when he be named for STF.

In the Brazil child that was victim of the Dictatorship it doesn't have public defender and uniformed torturer's public defender continues being rewarded always.
