Television stations are supposed to switch to Digital TV by Feb. 17th, 2009. Only one month away, and not everyone has a converter box today.

Worse, the coupon program has run out of money. So many people may find themselves without a coupon, and will be cornered into buying a $60 set top converter box.

With the economy in the dumps, the people who don't have cable tv are going find the boxes expensive.

So, soon, many people may find that television is over on Feb 17th!
