Petition against the expropriation of french (and also européen) farmer’s families and cancellation of the debt

For the attention of: sir Prime Minister

The privat property is a natural law, imprescriptible, inalienable and sacred nature, dedicated by the American and French revolution.

It is a part of fundamentals rights, guaranteed by the government, in the same way as freedom and right of staying alive and to start a family.

But every year thousands of peasant families are despoiled of their properties by the creditors.

Furthermore, these families live very hard psychological situations : depressions, mental pathologies, suicides, alcoholism with other addictions, accidents at works, conjugal violence...

We can wonder legitimately what will be the future consequences for the children growing in such a situation.

What will the future generations think about our périod when they learn all this in their book of history?

Now, this bankruptcy of the farmers it is especially the bankruptcy of a system.

There were, in France, 11 quinquennial plans which planned " The End of the farmers " (Cf the book of the sociologist Henry Mendras).

It is really unfair that farmers families pay this invoice alone, because they always made correctly their work and did not make any error of management.

The state has to assume its part of responsibility by cancelling the debt of families so that these last ones don’t be expelled, can continue to live in their house and on their earth and can pass on these thin heritage to their children.
