Why this location?

by ?? Saturday, Sep. 27, 2008 at 7:12 AM

Makes no sense. This protest should be in the financial district on a weekday.

When organizing a protest it is very important to get the time and place right for a protest to be effective. Hollywood & Vine on a Saturday is off target.

Whoever the organizers are that picked this place and time must have their reasons. But it is suspect. Could it be the same folks that like to stage police controlled permit parades in Hollywood and march people around in circles?

Money Karma comes home to roost

by Seven Star Hand Saturday, Sep. 27, 2008 at 10:10 AM

This is the long awaited opportunity to finally "kill the beast" and kick all the bums out, forever. Be patient and read what I have been saying for insights into another way to manage this civilization, without money and without evil cabals running this world. The keys to a "New Earth" are wisdom and cooperation, not the fears and follies of the past.
It will soon become painfully obvious, to even the most clueless, that it will be far easier to step away from the deceptions of the past (money, religion, and politics) and finally fix our civilization so it works for everyone, not just for a self-chosen and abominably greedy few. Why should humanity struggle and suffer any longer to repay massive debts and endure great debacles created by amazingly greedy and deceptive monetary and political leaders? Are you familiar with the ancient concept of a Jubilee? It's time has come, and the power of the rich and arrogant is about to be blown away on the winds of long-overdue and irresistible change.
Here is Wisdom...
Peace...

Protest? Party!

by gimme shelter Sunday, Sep. 28, 2008 at 7:40 AM

Protest the Fed? That doesn't make sense. The FRB didn't cause this crisis. It was the fault of banks and of capitalism.

How about just hang out at Libros Revolution a while, waiting for each bank to fail, and then walk up to the bank building downtown, and have a little party. Pass out little red books to the parasites who are being destroyed.

Lehman Brothers
10880 Wilshire Blvd # 21

AIG Investments

Goldman Sachs

JP Morgan Chase

Banc of America Securities

Just kidding!

protest all you want.

The government already knows that American taxpayers are overwhelmingly AGAINST the "bail out". They are still going as fast as they can to give away YOUR money.

Clearly, they are being blackmailed by someone. Probably the same someones who have been blackmailing them to support the Zionist crusaders bloodsoaked war of conquest against our palestinian neighbors for all these decades.
