While the world trade center buildings were collapsing, and thousands of Americans were killed in that disaster, where was Bush? He was in Air Force One, high above the country he was elected to rule, cowering, afraid of a personal attack on his own life.

Seven years and four days, after the collapse of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center, another collapse is unfolding across this nation, again, where is our President Bush?

History, does indeed repeat itself. This collapse is being broadcast live all across the world, millions, perhaps billions of persons worldwide are glued to their Televisions, Computer Screens, Cell Phones, and radios, watching the paper tower of Babble of American Finance, collapse and burn before their very eyes, just as they watched the twin towers collapse and burn. Only this time, the damage will not be limited to a few blocks of one city, the damage will be felt WORLDWIDE, signaling the end of the era of BushOnNomics, or, the net version, Bush-eNomics, whose cornerstone was, charge more than something is worth, finance the inflated price, and don't worry about the collapse of the economy when the bankruptcies roll in until after the administration is out of office, and then, blame the Democrats for the collapse, because they took control of the country.

It almost worked, they almost were able to forestall this collapse until after they were out of office, leaving the bill to be paid by the Democrats. Unfortunately, for the Republican Party, the bill came due a little before they were on their planes to Jamaica, sipping their cocktails at 30,000 feet, in their private jets. The bill came due today, and they are clearly liable for payment.

And it is not over, not by a long shot. The private housing market has collapsed, but, the builders, financiers, contractors, investors, banks and lenders who have financed and built a flood of high priced luxury apartment and condo units all over the country, standing empty after completion, are facing the same fate. Those persons and institutions are currently facing bankruptcy and loss, and for the very same reasons. Overvaluing their products over the market value, over the actual value, many TIMES over the value, charging MANY times what something is actually worth, playing a pyramid game with real estate values, and there are no buyers, no renters, no investors left.

But all this still begs the question, Where is our Leader? Where are the strong words of comfort for the millions of shell shocked Americans, waking up to the news of one massive failure or disaster after another, seemingly without end.
