**So why are we being charged the greedy, gouging Saudi Arabian price for oil thats produced right here in Canada?
Question: Why is oil thats pumped up from under Canadian land being priced the same as oil from Saudi Arabia? Oil from the Middle East has to cross an entire ocean by tanker but still oil produced here in Alberta or Sasketchewan is the exact same price? Why are Canadians forced to pay the Saudi and OPEC-set prices for oil thats produced here?
The Canadian government long ago said that the mineral wealth of Canada was owned collectively by the people of Canada, so private citizens no longer had any mineral rights to any property they owned or bought. So again why are Canadians (and Americans) being charged the greedy, gouging Saudi Arabia price for "our" oil that's produced right here in Canada?
