We hear it all the time on the media about wealthy people getting off while poor folks are getting shafted.Federal appeals are currently only for upper class Americans to benefit from and the poor in our prisons have to wing it when being forced to write their own federal appeals.



Nobody cares if this Manny Gonzales kid stays in prison for 24 more years because he could not write his own federal appeal properly.Why do you think President Hugo Chavez is needed in this country to finance legal fees for a poor person ?



Congress is only taking care of their own who can afford to lobby them with $$$ contributions for their reelection.
