(Pink Sheets: EWRL) announces that it has formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary, eWorld Music, Inc. and named long-term music veteran Jim DeCicco as President of the subsidiary. Jim DeCicco has recieved a lot of press for his fradulent activities within the LA Music community in 2007. It is only right that his behavior has resulted in the opportunity from eWorld.

These actions signal eWorld's intent to align itself with alleged scam artists and potentially sabbotage it's efforts to become a major player in the arena of online music promotion and marketing.

Now in 2008, this alleged scam artist is heading up a eWorld's new award show in hollywood. Despite the misuse submission fees from artists, last year, DeCicco has again been joined by Sonicbids, who may unknowlingly be assisting him in another scam.

The bottom line is this warning to bands and musicians.

Beware of business dealings with Jim DeCicco , eWorld Music, the Hollywood Music Awards and perhaps even Sonicbids. Further investigation will follow.
