Arron believes that the DA and the LAPD are targeting the BlackRiders because of the Riders political stance against capitalism.

It is believed that the LAPD is trying to get the courts to rule that the party is a street gang and not a political party. A court ruling that the Party is a street gang would then allow the DA to get a gang injunction that could be used to potentially crush the party’s ability to organize.
