Visit most of the school's in the LAUSD school district, and you will find mostly African American and Hispanic students. That being the case, why are most of the teachers white, when there are practically NO white students at these schools?
The reason is because LAUSD discriminates against African American and Hispanic teachers. If you are interested in teaching, you must visit the Beaudry headquarter's office. You must then schedule an interview at that office for a teaching position. They will give you a 1-2 minute interview.
If you are non-white, they will tell you that they don't have any openings. You are even told this if you teach MATH AND SCIENCE. THERE IS SUCH A SHORTAGE OF MATH AND SCIENCE TEACHERS ACROSS AMERICA, THAT YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE IT!
