Fact is the FBI doesn't care about any allegations of criminality made against it - witness Ruby Ridge and Waco Tx to name a few atrocities the FBI committed! Same goes for the CIA and all its dirty drug deals and assissinations.No matter what documented criminal evidence the public throws at them,the FBI,CIA,NSA etc. just shrug it all off and forget about it.
They can do this of course because the US Govt.,(who are their puppet-masters) will not prosecute any major crimes by these federal police/security forces.
Maybe this is because the US Govt. doesn't want the bad,international publicity and/or members of the US Govt/WhiteHouse don't want to be criminally implicated if those cases went to trial!
The bottom line is say whatever you want about the FBI,CIA etc, it really doesn't matter because they know they have prosecutorial immunity!
