A local grassroots group called
Environmental Change Makers held a march up and down Sepulveda Blvd this Saturday to bring attention to the threat of global warming. They are calling for an 80% cut in carbon emissions by the year 2050. Also joining in the march were members of the
LosAngeles Green Party who are planning a series of Earth Day events this month, including a presentation on the South Central Farmers the coming Wednesday, April 18th.
